Mission and Vision
As a nonprofit youth sports organization, we believe sports can build lasting change. Cross & Field creates access to athletics for children who may otherwise be left out, whether due to financial hardship, location, or social barriers.
Our programs promote healthy lifestyles, positive role models, and core values like teamwork and resilience. Every dollar raised, through donations, fundraising events or mission-driven products, goes directly into sustaining our youth outreach in Arkansas and Nicaragua.

We believe every child deserves the chance to play. That's why we focus on removing barriers to youth sports programs, especially for kids in rural and underserved areas.
Through local and international sports outreach, Cross & Field helps children grow into strong teammates, responsible leaders, and positive contributors to their communities, from Arkansas youth baseball leagues to sports camps in Nicaragua.
Our History
Cross & Field began on a mission trip to Jinotega, Nicaragua, where we encountered children who lacked access to the simplest forms of play and organized sport. In partnership with Misión Para Cristo, we envisioned a connection between Searcy and Jinotega, a shared future rooted in service and sport.
Since then, we've expanded to deliver gear, coaching, and character-based training to kids on both sides of that bridge.
