Mission and Vision
Cross & Field is a non-profit organization based in Searcy, Arkansas that is dedicated to serving the community. Our mission and activities aim to make a positive impact without seeking financial gain. We support both local and international kids to participate in sports programs, providing opportunities for children to engage in sports activities and lead active, healthy lifestyles. Additionally, we sell products and organize fundraising events to generate funds for our programs. With 100% of the profit from the products going back into the programs, our commitment to reinvesting in the programs is sure to resonate with potential customers and supporters. We believe in creating a sustainable future for the community and its children, and we work tirelessly towards this goal. Join us in our mission to make a difference!

Our History

Cross And Field
The idea of Cross & Field came during a mission trip to Nicaragua. Seeing the financial difficulty of the children to have the opportunity to play baseball or other youth sports pricked our hearts. In a discussion with Benny Baker (Mision Para Cristo director) we talked of the possibilities of a “sister city” with Searcy to provide support for the youth of Jinotega Nicaragua.
As the idea evolved, there was a desire to include local families opportunities to engage in activities to strengthen the family bond. Such as “team building” camps. It was also decided to include opportunities to help families in a difficult financial position receive supplies they need to play sports. Therefore, the included plan was formalized to move forward with this service.

We are not a “religious” organization; however, faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior is in our DNA. We believe In the virgin birth, He lived, died, rose from the dead, and ascended to Heaven and is presently seated with the Father. His teachings in scripture are a foundation of Cross & Field
